Frances Nunziata's Voting Record:

Votes supporting the community position: 1
Votes against the community position: 4

In the past Nunziata played an important role in blowing the whistle on corruption in the City of York, but those days have long receded. Now she curries favour with the police by supporting various ideas such as locking up the homeless for sleeping on the streets. Now Magazine commented she has been “milking crime fears in her west end ward for years.” Nunziata supported the Lastman agenda in the last council. VoteToronto found her voting record one of the worst on community issues. John Nunziata, her brother, placed fourth in his run for mayor after an embarrassing campaign marked by right wing rhetoric and allegations that he was offered money to drop out of the race by the agents of another candidate. Frances Nunziata was a member of the 'Keep the Chief' campaign to renew the contract of Police Chief Julian Fantino.

Frances Nunziata is only on one committee, the Administration Committee.

Located east of the Humber River in the western part of Toronto, Ward 11 has the 4th lowest average household income in the city, at $47,457, and also has high rates of low-income families and individuals.
